Wellledhealthcare’s primary objective is to provide high-quality personal care support by the planning and delivery of person-centred care for adults living in their own homes (known as Home Care or Domiciliary care), Extra -Care settings and Residential setting. We aim to promote the independence of client’s we work with, from a strength-based approach to ensure that they are safe and whilst receiving consistently high-quality personal care services to meet planned and desired outcomes.

Medication support

At Wellledhealthcare our aim is to provide effective medication management support based on the client’s strengths to ensure that they benefit from safe treatment and achieve best outcomes. To achieve this aim, our team of experienced healthcare and social care staff work Local Authorities, GPs, Community/District Nurses, Psychiatric consultants and Positive Behaviour Support Assessors to develop effective person-centred medication management and monitoring plan for clients.

Meal preparations

As part of Wellledhealthcare’s commitment to provide high-quality service delivery to clients, we support them to maintain healthy nutrition to promote their well-being. Our experienced staff liaise with Local Authorities, Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) and Dieticians to develop person centred and strength-based support plan based on individual needs and professional recommendations.

Transfer support
​
Wellledhealthcare staff have been trained in manual handling to support clients with their mobility needs. Our experienced staff work with recommendations and person-centred assessments from Local Authorities, Falls Clinic, Occupational Therapists (OT), Physiotherapists and views of clients or family members and advocates to develop effective risk management plan to ensure that client are supported to move or transfer safely in their home

At Wellledhealthcare, we are committed to the delivery of high-quality companionship care services designed for individual clients who may be at risk of loneliness or who have been experiencing loneliness for some time. Wellledhealthcare provide transportation services to clients who have planned or desired outcomes to attend day centres, community events and social activities for social stimulation. Our transport service is also available to clients who need to be transported to care homes, supported living or extra care when changing or moving to new accommodation.

We have dedicated specialist carers who collaborate with you, your loved ones, and external multidisciplinary teams to ensure comfort and continuity of care and support. Emergency Home Care

The emergency home care service offers immediate assistance for individuals experiencing sudden health changes or when current caregivers are unavailable. This service is important following a recent hospital discharge. Within 24 hours of the initial inquiry, the management team will evaluate the needs and assign suitable carers. The emergency home care service includes emergency domiciliary care, emergency live-in care, and emergency palliative care. ​​​​​​​​​​​
